first time running in a week and half, more like a jog. was able to sustain a slow pace without too much pain, but it was defintiely stil there. had i pushed it any more than i did i wouldve probably felt a lot of pain and made it worse again. i dont really know what this tells me in terms of me getting back into training. if i can barely jog, how can i run and workout? at this point unless i miraculously feel a ton better by the end of this week, i will unfortunately be heading down the hardship route because i would like to contribute to the team for all 4 years and since i havent even raced yet this year, it will be extremely hard to make any significant contribution because i dont evne know if i could make the top 7, let alone do workouts
