interval workout at augie. wasnt sure if my toe would hurt or not so i really was banking on it not so i could race on saturday. it ended up being fine, although my legs felt a little out of sorts. my upper body felt strong and i felt i had really good form compared to all my other workouts.

workout: 2x10min tempo at 5:20 pace with 2min standing rest between+ 2x1000m at 3:00 with 2min jog between+ 2x400m at 66 with 400 jog between+ 2x200 at 33 with 200 jog between. i was right on pace for the 10min tempos and i felt pretty solid through those. the 1000s didnt really feel that bad either. really, this whole workout didnt really feel that hard for me, which is good because some of times i went were solid. i also took a lot less time on my jog rests, but i did stop a couple times for water as well as take a poop after the first 1000. other than that though, i felt pretty solid and have a renewed confidence going into kiwanis on saturday
