good temp but overcast and fairly windy on the backstretch. workout was 2x800 w/200 jog rest between reps and then 100m walk+500meter jog before 4x400 w/100jog+100m walk rest. 800s at 5k pace and 400s at a quicker pace. felt pretty smooth/easy on the 800s and really the same for the 400s, i was always starting going into the wind on the 400s but was able to go through in 33,31,31,31 and then focused on going harder and maintaining strong/tall form the last 200. workout went by quick and i got good quality. definitely a confidence booster how easy it felt to pop off low 60 second quarters
