Notes

after running, i went to the FC to bike. ended up doing 3 different sets- 10min, 30min, and 20 min. the 10 min one was 19.8mph at 12 resistance, the 30 min one was at 23.1mph at 12 resistance, and the 20 min one was at 25.35mph. after each set i did a brief stretch so that i didnt tighten up too bad and then i would do 5 pull ups. solid 2nd part of the workout because i progressed through and sweated so much. i could see my reflection on the floor
