1200 leg of the DMR at the cardinal classic. only 4 teams in the race, alumni, ncc bsquad, and lewis. went out in like 30 and settled behind bartell and mcquality. we went through the 400 in 63 and i was like oh shit. the pace picked up a little but barely so at 700 i was like time to fucking go. i took over and went through the 800 in 2:05, and then i closed in a 61 to finish at 3:06.6. I felt super strong and felt like i had more gears and had more left at the end so hopefully next week there will be an augie guy there the last 400 so i can really push myself as hard as i can. great race though and solid 1.5 second PR. felt way easier than the time trial
