morning run with freshman. out 20 minutes on the bike path. stopped for sven to pee right when we got on the bike path which put us like 20-30 seconds back. so we gradually caught up and when we did i moved towards the front and started picking up the pace gradually. on the way back we really started moving and it turned into a solid progression run. started to feel a little tired towards the end, but i kept good form and felt very smooth throughout
