10 minute hard progressing warm up and then 10 sets of 30minute30s in 22:10. i worked pretty hard on these sets. finished with a nice cooldown without the belt for the last 18:51. great morning workout and i plan on getting triggerpointed this afternoon so my calves wont be tight on saturday
