quad still sore and tight and not seeming to improve so i took today very easy. gradual run to the hill, 1 easy hill, and gradual run back. i feel bad not working out, but i really really do not want to get injured. i know this quad thing isnt serious because i can still run on it for the most part fine, but im really getting frustrated with all of these random small injuries
