New Loop

Notes

Super humid new loop + 2 neighborhood loops

Decided to be lazy this morning and attempted to sleep in after waking up at 520 rather than getting the run done. Wasn't the best idea haha especially since I could barely stay asleep longer than like 30 minutes until I got up at 9. Worked open-2:30 and then 4-8:45 so got a later start to this run and just went straight into it. Ended up being pretty tired and sore and it was humid. Gradually built through the first several miles. By the time I was going by school I was tightening up so tried to slow down. Added on a couple neighborhood loops at the end to get to 10. Left leg was tightening up hardcore the last loop because I was tired and a little dehydrated and didnt roll or stretch beforehand. Stretched a bit after finishing and then did 4xmedium hard strides on buckeye. Felt much better on these
