weather wasnt too bad today. it was hot but i tried to stay in the shade for most of my run. i did a random loop weaving back and forth in rock island featuring hauberg, blackhawk, and watch hill neighborhood. i purposely didnt look at my watch the whole run so i could guess how long i thought i had gone when i finished. i guessed 58:40 so i was a little off. i didnt think i going too quick but i guess i was rolling pretty well. solid run considering the heat, my lack of a good meal today, and working this morning. happy with it
