85% easy on the alter g. went the first 10 minutes at 9.5 and then up to 10 for the next 5 minutes. after that, i did 5 30 second strides (11.5, 11.7, 11.8, 12, 12) with 30 seconds easy at 10. felt good. leg is definitely 100%. just need to keep my left hamstring loose like old times
