60 min aqua jog w/ 10x1min on/off

Started with 20 aerobic with the belt and then 10 min aerobic w/o the belt. Went straight into 10 sets of 1min on/off w/o the belt. Built through each rep and got faster by the end-making the last couple way more anaerobic. Popped the belt back on for the last 10 minutes. Easier workout today in general but still happy to get something in. Pushups afterward
