surprisingly felt great today since i didnt strecth, roll out, sat in a car for umpteen hours and was super cold yesterday. first mile was 6:03. i wasnt intentionally running fast, but i could tell that my form was really good and that i was running tall. went through 3 in 17:42 and came back in 16:49. last mile was 5:24 without pushing too hard to go that fast. did some core afterwards: 10 pushups, 1min plank, 50 situps, 30 crunches to each side, then 20 pushups and then another 1min plank
