Crimestoppers 5k
felt pretty good overall:
1st mile- 5:20
2nd mile- 11:11(had a sideache for 1/4 mile of it)
3rd mile+0.1- 17:37( puked twice before the finish with 600 left; raced jen paul the last 1.1 and beat her by 2 seconds)
puked 5 times afterwards; i was feeling kind of bad during the warmup
overall a 23 second 5k PR and good finish to the summer roadracing
