first workout of the season. felt pretty fluid today like yesterday. workout was 2x3miles at 6:05 pace.
first one went out in like 5:47 and proceeded to stay under the time and finished with a 17:53. the second one i went out a little fast in 5:35 into the wind, but i was able to be conscientious of my form so i cruised back to alleman on the way back without feeling too bad. i finished the second one in 17:27. the first one i was with liam for the whole thing and for the second one he dropped off at the mile. overall it was a good first workout. i definitely am in shape, i just need to make sure that i can get healthy. so far, my leg hasnt tightened up too much, but it is sore and my legs are pretty tired
