workout at lincoln park. workout was roughly 6x1000 at 3:10, but i was really only supposed to try to run a fast pace for 3:10. the first one i actually did the 1000 course and felt pretty easy. after that i ran down the long hill and started from one street away from the bottom of the back corner of the park. for the next 5 i started at this street and went up the long hill veering off to the right near the top to run around a traingle of 3 trees and then back down the long hill to the flat grass area. i then went up the short steep hill and then turned to the right and went up the gradual uphill and curved around until i was back on the path towards the pine trees where the normal 1000 finish is. i went a little farther each time past the pine trees. first workout in a long time in which i didnt have to poop during it
