waited pretty late for dan to get off work to run with him. started at diz's and ran over to campus. did cress creek with him, and then ran back to diz's. pace gradually got down the last few miles with dan. after dropping him off i did 3xmin on's. the last one was a 67 second quarter at the start of the bike path but i missed the KOM. overall solid night run to start the week
