Met at school at 5 and did cress creek with nolan. We had a good convo throughout about the upcoming year and my legs slowly opened up throughout. My right quad was sore to start and less so by the end. Added on prairie with finch once we got back and that was a little faster since he was already rolling early in his run. Did 4 medium strides in front of merner afterward
