unofficial progression run after work. legs felt kinda shitty to start but found a good rhythm about 2 miles in. went from diz's through behnkes, over to river, jefferson, then down bike path to ogden and over to royal st george. did that route o/b. splits were roughly 658, 644, 629, 621, 619, 603, 559, 552, 539, 522, 517pace for last part
