ran outside today and wasnt going too quick. ended up doing corkscrew/winter route with ken, jimmy, and dru and then when we got back to res i turned and went to let buford out. i felt extremely relaxed and some roads were way better than others. felt good to be outside and the temp. actually didnt feel too bad. gonna get colder the next couple of days
