Negative motivation. No plan. Kinda lost on what I'm doing rn. Getting hit with the hamstring thing when I started up biking and then having the pool schedule being off when I started up swimming definitely threw me off any kind of consistent routine. Hoping that biking holds up now and will try to get back on a weekly schedule of sorts instead of waking up and deciding what to do
