Brutal heat today it was so humid. Ran out to the beach and at that point the sun was behind some clouds so I decided to run on the beach by the water because it's firm enough. Ran 10 minutes out there and it was pretty cool but as I turned around the sun came out and instantly regretted it. Way back was bad and the rest of the run after that was just hot and miserable even in the shade.
