8 x 2min @ CV w/ 40s easy

Had 80-90% CV planned which normally would've been about 12 reps but at this point in the week my body is just exhausted from running in the heat and then being on the beach all day. Also ran a lot yesterday so my body was just really tired. Started to struggle on the second rep, really died by the 5th so I decided to cut it to 8 and pushed through the next 3. Not too bad of a workout considering how I felt. The effort was there for sure.
