Pretty solid workout. First time in the park west pool since jones center is doing maintenance. Again felt like I made some good progress on the stroke, certainly felt better than last weeks shitty attempt and also got to 3000yd which is my longest session. Today I focused a bit more on my kick, making sure it was consistent because tbh before consciously thinking about it today I'm not sure how I was kicking if at all. So did that while also trying to focus on the catch and pull and recovery and my head position and every other tip I've seen in a youtube video. Swimming is easy
