Encouraging! Still a bit of pain but faster than last time.

Been thinking about my injuries and staying healthy going forward. Pretty sure all but one injury over the last 5 years happened in the offseason or after graduation, i.e. I get injured on breaks when I'm doing no prehab work and no pre-run routines. Pretty obvious I guess, especially continuing to do strength work, but what got me thinking today was doing pre-run stuff to warmup and activate since I did my pt routine today before running and felt good. Don't know why but I never considered the possibility that Lynch had an actual reason to make us do all that miniband stuff at the beginning of practice.
