This went better than expected. Was feeling pretty bad about my swim from last workout. Goal was to start at easy pace 1:40-45 and work down to 1:30. So went out at an easy effort but to my surprise the times were actually good. Had a really nice rhythm with my stroke, which I think normally falls apart pretty bad when im trying to swim faster which makes me gassed. Also gave an extra 10s rest which I think I'll carry over to my longer workouts. Noticed part of my problem was not being able to recover/catch my breath - first couple of a set are usually super easy but get exponentially harder for no reason.
Also was planning on 15 today but felt my hamstring wanting to cramp as I finished up 13 so quit while I was ahead
