Might've got a little too excited writing workouts after cow harbor because looking at this on paper yesterday I thought it was too much and turns out it was. Plan was 5 @ MP, 3 @ ET, 1 @ LT with a couple mins easy in between. Good thing was 6:20s for MP felt very very easy, but changing gears to run sub 6 was really tough after, legs were not having it... probably would've had a better chance to just go no rest and make it a progression. Got 2 miles in and called it there and finished the LR. Not as planned but still some solid work
