Pretty decent. 1-1.5/10 pain. Stride felt pretty clunky again. Feels like I'm modifying my gait to avoid pain, which isn't great but I wouldn't say my form was perfect to begin with so maybe its a good change? Anyway, capped off a massive 11mi week. Not happy that its still painful on these runs but I guess its tolerable and if we can try to build it then that's something. maybe 15 next week
