Long run. Felt alright I guess. 1-2/10 pain, on the faster side (relatively), and longer so I guess that's progress? Not thrilled with how it felt afterwards. Some days I'm very positive and feel like I'm making good progress and other days I feel like its just my mind playing tricks because does it really make a difference if I can run 8:00 vs 8:30 vs 9:00 - in the grand scheme of things it still hurts jogging super slow.
