Goal today was 4-5 reps and was planning on allowing 2mins of rest since LT fartleks had been flopping and didn't really build up to this but was surprised to find that I felt fine after just one minute so I went for it. With that, I took my victory and left it at just 4 reps. Paces were pretty good too because it was really (really) windy
