800 "TT" (first lap goal 69 then finish 2:15)

Fun little workout today. Felt relaxed on the 3200, we went out a bit too slow the first mile but had no problem adjusting and still felt fine negative splitting that. 800 was fun, went out in a 68 which was perfect then started cranking it up from there. Switched gears with 200 to go and felt really strong sprinting it in. Hopefully I can mimic that at the end of the 5k.
