Solid workout, felt pretty in control the whole time, effort closer to what it should be compared to last week despite the heat. Wrote 6x200 @ R on the sheet but forgot and thought it was only 4. That kinda shit drives me nuts even though I pull those numbers out of my ass when I write the workout anyway.
