Solid workout today with the boys. Tempo went well, started just under 6 and got it cooking by the last mile... not really sure of the splits but I think around 5:20-5:25 for the last mile. Felt strong for that but hill sprints kicked my butt and legs felt like mush for the strides and cooldown.
