This kinda sucked. Put myself in a bad spot because what I had written down was too hard for first thing back. Will adjust the plan accordingly.

On another note my groin is pretty messed up from playing softball yesterday. Haven't run in almost a week but today feels just as bad as it did when I dropped the workout last Tuesday. Everything I look at online about adductor tendinopathy says its like a 3 month recovery which is making me kinda depressed. Hard to pretend I caught it early and it'll go away quick since I ran through it for so long but we can pray
