Went alright. Still felt it but not really pain... getting to the point where I'm starting to go crazy so will probably try a few more runs and see how it reacts

Do you do glute strength? I used to have glute issues and found that: clams, single leg glute bridge raises, and single leg split squats helped.

Although I feel like we are in similar situations where the number of PT exercises required to stay healthy is growing exponentially

I just try to do everything at this point. But also determined its more of an upper hamstring issue
