Well the plan for today was 6 Ks followed by 6x200...
Got to the track... had to poop... someone stole all the tp from the public bathroom... did my warmup... still had to poop... Long story short sacrificed the socks and went barefoot in the flats... knew I was gonna blister up but did not think it would be so bad.. was bleeding just from the 200s to start and actually looked like someone took a knive to my right heel by the 4th one, not even a blister absolutely had to call it
Good news is I actually felt really good, hit sub 3:20 pretty easily, which was a big confidence boost from last time out here. Would've done a longer cooldown but hadn't run barefoot in maybe two years so didn't wanna risk anything there
