Feeling pretty much recovered from spartan and had a solid workout today. 3 laps at stillwelll then off to the hill as usual. Treated myself and did the hills on robert instead of barry which made the hills feel nice. Tempo felt really solid aerobically but calves and shins were burning up pretty bad. I think they were just tight
