First run double since November I think. Not really sure what the plan is to get me through the next 3 weeks but gonna try to be more run focused without completely cutting out the other two. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to build up the run mileage too much though since its only 3 weeks, so will probably stay somewhat consistent
