Focused really hard on cadence trying to get it to 180 but still landed at 177avg. Felt ok to start but couldn’t really get settled into a rhythm. Bounced back and forth from losing focus and letting it drop into my normal 172. Also had no feel for pace since trying to hit 180 felt like I was just shuffling my feet. Groin felt good tho. Really hoping to get some pain free strides in tomorrow
