Just not gonna happen. Did the warmup and started the first 200 rep but only made it like 50m. Couldn't get up to speed without serious pain and limping. Really wanted to push through and race but its just not gonna be worth it. Fortunate I was able to train through this for as long as I did and didn't have much of an effect on Miami but last 2 weeks have been really tough and only getting worse. Was getting to the point where I couldn't run at all the day after a long run or workout and today couldn't even force race pace through the pain. I think it's the right move but disappointing because this is the main event in Charleston and probably not gonna be on the schedule for me next year if I do Boston.

Anyways, couple days off then hitting tri hard again starting next week. Will incorporate running back in asap... hopefully just a week (famous last words as I look at this log 3 months later still injured because that's always what happens)
