Early morning workout before work. Body did an ok job of adjusting to the workout at this time of day, went pretty well. Goal was 20-25 mins not too concerned about what the pace was. Hills hurt more than anything but we'll get back into it eventually. Might even throw a pure hill workout in the mix at some point.
