Thankfully a very nice workout. Goal was to keep it nice and easy, doing the 100s on the slow end and the 50s at the same pace as the 100s instead of trying to crush everything. have had a rough couple of weeks swimming I think just because I was pushing too hard to the point where my left shoulder was literally just giving out. Swam within myself and actually negative split a workout for once. This felt like I actually did a workout at the proper effort level
