Not a great day today. Tempo wasn't too bad, the pace was a bit slow but I was a lot more worried about my fingers falling off than anything else. Finished right around frear, and decided to jog into ecav to warm up before finishing my cool down and doing strides. The 10 min run to ecav was painful my hands were frozen. It took about 15 mins for my fingers to finally thaw, and after that I decided it probably wasn't worth going out for more.
