Got up at 3am to catch my flight but found that it was pushed back. First thought was to just get an extra 4 hours of sleep, but instead I settled for an extra 2.5 hours and an easy run. Glad I got this in now so I don’t have to worry about it when I get there. Will take tomorrow off though and shoot for 75-80 in 6 days.

Felt pretty good for this run which was a relief because I feel like this week was pretty sluggish aside from the tempo.
