Wow really did not want to get up for this one. MLR early before work so woke up at 5am... bigger problem with this was the short turnaround from the workout from last night - I also didn't get home until 8:30 and by the time I ate dinner and showered it was already past 9 so already impossible to get 8hrs sleep. Felt really tired out there and the 90% humidity didn't help. Was alright for the first half but really miserable the second.
