Fartlek cut short. goal was a 6-8x 3'/1' @ LT, made it through 3.5 and called it. Very exhausted for many reasons, just listening to my body today and being smart. Sleep this week has been subpar, and haven't really been getting 8hrs consistently since starting work. That plus the just short turnover from running in the evening yesterday and the fact that I've been building mileage for nearly 2 months straight also has something to do with it. So I didn't have it today, no big deal. Just gonna finish off the week and keep rolling. Doesn't feel great to cut the workout but it'll payoff in the long run
