First ET of the summer, I’d say it was pretty average one. Did it all on grass so pace was +16, sun was out it was also pretty hot but I didn’t factor that in just went on feel. Goal grass pace was 6:10-6:29, ran right in the middle which is what I was looking for, I wanted a more conservative effort for my first ET.
