Last 1600 is 800 @ V02 (2:35-2:38) and then 800 pushing

Pretty average day. Legs felt good, breathing was fine, I felt like my heart rate was higher than it should've been for running 5:40 pace, but other than that it was all good. First 5 reps felt pretty easy, although I was starting to get tired by the end. Fast mile wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but also wasn't as fast as I would've liked. Sub 5 would've been nice, but we just didn't pick it up enough. 200s were tough after. Overall I'm pretty happy with how this went.
