Crazy day today with traveling and finding a time to run. Got up at 4:30am to head to the airport so sleep was not great. My only window to run today was at 4 and of course there was a flash thunderstorm.... but it was now or never so I got out there anyway like a crazy person. First 3 mins was a downpour but by 10 mins in it had stopped completely. The rest of the week will be easier because I will just run in the morning before we hit the beach. It will still be very hot and humid all week so everything will probably be a little slower.
