Focused on cadence again (I gave up yesterday) and went slightly better. Finally got the average to 180spm. Attempted strides again after and went ok. Bit of pain but doable. Being able to do those pain free will be a benchmark for starting workouts and upping mileage. Not sure how long that'll take, might consider building swim/bike in the meantime just to give me something to progress in the meantime to keep my monkey brain satisfied
